The course is taught using dialogue teaching. Where previously the teaching method of the Prosecutor’s course was the traditional “chalk and talk” lecture, by using the dialogue technique, the student’s involvement was more participatory.

By using the principles and practices of dialogue education, a symbiosis between theory, design and implementation is achieved. Experience has shown this has led to an observed improved student learning (knowledge, practical skills and understanding of the legal process).
